PAYMENT POLICY

Liberty Box accepts all major credit cards through Stripe, which is an easy, secure method of online payment and you do not need a Stripe account for this transaction. As Stripe is a Third party payment company we do not store or have access to any of your payment details.
To make a purchase all you need to do is select the payment option during checkout. Once you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and see the option to pay with a credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Stripe account.

We also accept payment through Paypal, selecting this option will take you to the Paypal website to process the payment.

REFUND POLICY FOR BOXES

If there is a faulty, damaged or missing item in your box please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at support@ourlibertybox.com. In the message, you will need to attach a clear picture showing the item in question, the box packaging and the package label. We will review and if approved, depending on stock availability, a direct or substitute replacement will be made. 

REFUND POLICY FOR STORE PRODUCT PURCHASES

If you purchase one of our non book-box products and you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, provided the item has not been used or damaged, you can exchange or return it to us within 30 days of receiving your purchase. You will need to contact us at support@ourlibertybox.com prior to returning the item to receive authorisation. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is defective. We do not cover the cost of returning the item.

Once the item has been received and the condition verified we will process a refund or exchange depending on the request. If the item has been opened or is not in its original packaging we may still offer a refund however it will be a partial refund of 50% of the price paid originally not including the shipping cost. Any additional shipping charges that may occur will need to be covered by the customer.

If you choose to return items without delivery confirmation and they are lost, we will be unable to refund/exchange.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Earrings
  • Sales and clearance items.

SHIPPING

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or any packages returned or delayed.

Deliveries within the UK will be charged as standard delivery based on weight and shipped through Royal Mail. Delivery may be within 1 - 5 working days.

INTERNATIONAL

We currently ship internationally to Europe (non-UK), US and Canada. 

International orders are charged an extra shipping fee based on your location and are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard. Delivery can take between 7 to 10 working days, this time frame does not account for any potential delays that may occur due to the destination countries customs process.I

International packages may require a signature upon delivery; in this case, a tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

Any customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and are required to obtain your order. These customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please understand any specific duties and fees that may be associated with your country. These fees are not included in your shipping charges. We are not able to mark orders as "gifts." We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees. We have no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc., so please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.

UNFORESEEN SHIPPING ISSUES

From the time your package leaves us until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with Royal Mail or the post office service in your country. After the package is marked as delivered by the courier, packages become the customer's responsibility. Liberty Box ltd cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery. Missing packages claims must be filed by the customer. In the rare case of missing parcels, please contact us.

PRIVACY

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
